SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Order Processing & Shipping Times
Order Processing: After payment confirmation, your order will take 1–3 business days to be processed and prepared by our supplier.
Delivery Time: The estimated average delivery time is 7–15 business days throughout Brazil after the order has been shipped.
2. Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number.
Your tracking information will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout within 5 business days after your order has been processed.
3. International Shipping & Product Origin
Our products are shipped directly from our trusted partner suppliers located overseas, primarily in Asia and Europe, to the shipping address provided at checkout.
4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Attempt
Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order.
Deliveries in Brazil are handled by the Brazilian Postal Service (Correios). If no one is available to receive the package or if the address provided is incorrect, the package may be held at the nearest post office for pickup.
